- SEO & Analytics Telemetry Data: When you connect client properties via Google Search Console (GSC), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), or Google Business Profile (GBP), our platform accesses read-only performance metrics strictly to render your agency reports.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provision, maintain, and authenticate your Agency Admin portal and PIN-protected Client Portals.
- To process subscription payments, issue digital tax/billing invoices, and send account expiry notifications.

1. Nature of Service (B2B Cloud SaaS)
SEO Dashboard Pro 2.0 provides cloud-hosted SEO reporting, rank telemetry, backlink monitoring, and white-label client portal software on a recurring subscription basis (Monthly or Annual plans).
2. Subscription Plans, Quotas & Pricing
- Starter Agency Plan: $19 USD/month (approx. PKR 5,300/month) or $199 USD/year — includes up to 5 active client websites.
- Growth Agency Plan: $49 USD/month (approx. PKR 13,600/month) or $399 USD/year — includes up to 15 active client websites and white-label branding.
- Scale & Enterprise Plan: $99 USD/month (approx. PKR 27,500/month) or $699 USD/year — includes up to 50 active client websites and priority support.
- Local transactions processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via Pakistani payment gateways are billed at the prevailing interbank USD-to-PKR exchange rate displayed at checkout.
3. Account Responsibility & Acceptable Use
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Agency Admin login credentials and client portal PINs. You may not use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity, nor attempt to reverse-engineer or resell the core platform code without authorization.
4. Service Availability & Limitation of Liability
We strive to maintain 99.9% cloud uptime. However, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the software service shall not exceed the total subscription amount paid by you during the preceding 30 days.
